We refilled a critical medicine for our chihuahua at his cardiologists office, was told it was ready for pick up, and when we arrived were informed it was out of stock. It has to be compounded. We spent the day Saturday frantically trying to have any pharmacy compound his medication. I finally reached Dahlia at UnityRX Pharmacy on the after hour line - they had closed. She left her home, drove back to the pharmacy, and made our babies medicine so he would have it by his regular dosing schedule. There aren’t words to express how overwhelmed I am by her kindness and grace. I’ve also never had a pharmacist gather the information she did to make sure how she created it would work best with how we administer it. The professionalism and attention to detail were exceptional, add the honor in which she conducted herself - I will never forget this. I will drive out of my way to use this pharmacy moving forward. The lady working at UnityRX Pharmacy was incredibly patient and helpful. She answered all of my questions about my insurance and prescriptions and contacted my doctor and previous pharmacy to help get everything sorted out.
