Do you offer home delivery?

Yes. UnityRX Pharmacy delivers compounded medications free anywhere in Texas.

How do I send my prescription to UnityRX Pharmacy?

Your prescriber can send your prescription electronically, or you can fax it to 972-214-0351. You can also call us at 972-214-0350 with questions. If you're an existing patient and just need to refill a prescription already on file, use our prescription refill page instead.

Do I need to visit Plano to use UnityRX for my pet's medication?

No. We compound your pet's prescription and ship it directly to North DFW, or you can pick it up in Plano if that's more convenient.

Which veterinarians can send prescriptions from North DFW?

Any licensed veterinarian can send a prescription to UnityRX Pharmacy electronically or by fax, no matter where in North DFW their practice is located.

Whether your vet is in Grayson County or out toward the Oklahoma border, we can prepare your pet's prescription and get it to you by mail or local delivery.

North DFW is close enough to Plano that a lot of prescriptions here go out by local delivery rather than mail, especially from Grayson and Cooke counties. If your vet's office is within that closer range, ask about delivery timing when the prescription comes in. It's often faster than a shipped order.

Wichita Falls has a fair number of military families with pets, moving in and out with Sheppard Air Force Base, and their vet records sometimes come from a base out of state. That's not a problem. Whatever pharmacy or vet had the prescription before, your current Texas veterinarian just needs to write a new one and we'll take it from there.

We refilled a critical medicine for our chihuahua at his cardiologists office, was told it was ready for pick up, and when we arrived were informed it was out of stock. It has to be compounded. We spent the day Saturday frantically trying to have any pharmacy compound his medication. I finally reached Dahlia at UnityRX Pharmacy on the after hour line - they had closed.
