Getting started is straightforward. Ask your prescriber whether a compounded, custom-flavored, or custom-strength version fits your cessation plan. Once they send us an order, we prepare it and ship it to you free of charge, once it clears our standard preparation and quality checks.

There's no extra paperwork on your end beyond that initial conversation with your prescriber, and most patients hear back from us once our pharmacists have reviewed the order.

Why would my prescriber order a custom-flavored nicotine lozenge instead of a commercial one?

Usually because a patient has already tried the commercial version and couldn't tolerate the taste or a fixed strength long enough to stick with the plan. Your prescriber can order a compounded version built around what actually works for you.

Can you match any strength my prescriber orders?

We prepare formulations to the exact strength your prescriber specifies on the prescription. If you have questions about what strength is appropriate, that conversation should happen with your prescriber.

Is a compounded nicotine lozenge the same as what I'd buy over the counter?
