Refund Policy

This refund policy applies to non-prescription products purchased directly from UnityRX Pharmacy. Compounded medications and prescription products are handled separately, as explained below.

Non-Prescription and Retail Items

We accept refund requests on non-prescription items, such as over-the-counter products, supplements, and pharmacy retail merchandise, within 15 calendar days of the purchase date. To qualify, the item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging, and you will need your receipt or order number.

Compounded and Prescription Medications

Compounded medications and other prescription products cannot be returned or refunded once they leave our pharmacy, regardless of whether the packaging has been opened. Pharmacies are prohibited from reselling or reusing dispensed medications, and this policy protects every patient who relies on us. If your prescription arrived damaged, incorrect, or different from what your provider ordered, contact us right away so we can make it right.

How to Request a Refund

1. Call us at 972-214-0350 or use our contact form within 15 days of your purchase date.
2. Have your receipt or order number ready.
3. If the item qualifies, we will provide instructions for returning it, either at our Plano location or by mail.
4. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will issue your refund to the original payment method.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If a non-prescription item arrives damaged or is not what you ordered, let us know within 15 days and we will arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you. For issues with a compounded or prescription medication, call the pharmacist directly at 972-214-0350.
