A written taper schedule from your prescriber is all we need to get started. Once we have it, we'll prepare each strength in the sequence and can ship the full series or send strengths in batches, depending on how your prescriber wants it structured.

If your schedule changes partway through, just have your prescriber send an updated order and we'll adjust the remaining strengths accordingly.

What happens if I need to adjust my taper partway through?
